About Us |
| |
• |
We’ve
been described as “a very professional,
high service qualified intermediary.”
|
• |
Our team
has completed over 6,000 exchanges. |
• |
Our clients
work with Ken O’Brien, Justin Swift,
one of the firm’s partners and/or Bill
Herenda throughout each phase of the exchange
process, hence the “high service”
description. We don’t over-commit &
under deliver. We’re quick & responsive
to the needs of our clients. |
• |
Independently
owned and not affiliated with a title company,
Capital Exchange Services has the safeguards
in place to protect your funds. Of course,
we have separate exchange accounts for each
transaction, offer the option of dual signature
accounts if our clients prefer plus funds
are deposited in financial institutions bonded
to the tune of $200 million. We carry errors
& omissions insurance through Lloyds of
London and are a member of the Federation
of Exchange Accommodators (FEA), the only
national trade organization for qualified
intermediaries. |
• |
Our Sacramento
office is actually within a Law Firm &
CPA’s office - Hunter & Renfro.
Therefore, we literally have tax & legal
expertise when necessary. In addition, we
have an office in Roseville, CA as well as
Ken O’Brien’s office in Redondo
Beach, CA. |
• |
Our fee
structure is competitive with industry standards,
e.g., $650 per delayed exchange plus we pay
interest to the exchangor based upon exchange
proceeds. Our reverse exchange fee is extremely
competitive at $5000. |
